Most important jobs outside core:
Groups approached this different ways, some groups came to consensus on top 5, other groups tracked individual votes. I converted the individual votes into a group ranking, so that the top vote getter was ranked first, etc. Then I assigned points to the ranked items, and added them across groups. (I could not find data on this from the youth session)
Discover:
- Major themes included small group ministry, various curricula, youth group, and coming of age.
Dream:
- Major themes were solid curriculum, intergenerational interaction, integration of social justice, youth group, adult faith development.
Design:
- Major themes included communication, use of technology, intergenerational emphasis, and emphasis on youth group.
Destiny:
- These comments were more all over the place, harder to come up with consistent themes across groups
- Most seemed to favor some experience, but not too much. Theme of being open to new ideas, able to
